
COVID SERVICES and PROTOCOLS
To ensure a safe reopening we have implemented changes to our service menu, protocols and procedures in accordance with Government of Ontario Guidance for Personal Services, Public Health Ontario Guide to Infection and Prevention Control in Personal Services and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). We have also implemented additional measures to ensure we can deliver the highest standard of service and safety to our clients, staff, and community. As we continue to navigate our way through this unprecedented time, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our clients, staff and community. Service and Protocol Changes

Prior to your appointment you will be asked to complete a mandatory pre-screening Covid form.

Masks are mandatory for clients and staff (Section 22 Class Order - The Middlesex-London Health Unit).

Please arrive at the designated time for your appointment. Please note our waiting lounge is temporarily unavailable.

Attend appointments alone and only bring essential items (e.g. phone, payment method).

Please use hand sanitizer when you enter the building. You will find hand sanitizing stations throughout the spa and salon

In the initial phase some services will be temporarily unavailable.

Food and Beverages will not be offered or permitted in the building.

Treatment stations have been arranged to ensure a minimum of 2 meters between clients. Please note our capacity is reduced as we are not using all our stations.

Plexiglas dividers are installed where 2-meter distancing is not possible.

We implemented extra precautions and have put more rigorous and frequent cleaning measures in place.

Our service providers will be wearing gloves, masks and safety glasses or face shields where appropriate.

Team members have received supplementary health and safety training as well as training on new protocols and proper use of PPE.
Hair Studio Services - Open date not yet confirmed
The following changes will be implemented when we reopen.

Shampoo Services will be available for the purpose of removing colour only.

Haircut clients will be asked to arrive with clean, dry hair without any styling product(s) applied.
