Tetherwood Spa is located on the south side of Windermere Road, just east of Spencer Hall, between Richmond Ave. and Adelaide Street. Free parking is available on site.

Appointments
Call anytime to book your appointment. A credit card is required when booking two or more treatments. A 50% deposit is required for group bookings in order to reserve the appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac and cash.
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in full charges. Late arrivals will result in shortened appointments.
Spa Environment
- We are a non-smoking environment.
- For your comfort and the comfort of other guests, only clients are permitted in the treatment areas. We also ask that clients refrain from using cell phones and bringing children to the Spa.
- Our stainless steel implements are sterilized in an autoclave after each use. We participate in the London Health Sciences Centre's instrument sterilizer program.
